USC and Kyoshin Technosonic reached an agreement on management integration by establishing a joint holding company (through share transfer), and signed Management Integration Agreement.


UKC Holdings Corporation was established.
UKC Holdings' stock was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Sec. No.1).



Head Office was moved to 1-11-2 Osaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.


DONGGUAN CU TECH ELECTRONICS CORPORATION, Guangdong Province, was established.


Owned majority shares of CU TECH CORPORATION and made it a consolidated subsidiary.



Kyoshin Technosonic Co., Ltd. merged USC Corporation.
Corporation name was changed to UKC Electronics Corporation.



Corporation name of UNI DEVICE CO., LTD. was changed to UW TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION.



UKC Holdings Corporation succeeded the semiconductor and electronic component business from UKC Electronics Corporation by means of an absorption-type company split.
UKC Electronics Corporation changed its company name to UKC Technosolution Corporation conducting the system equipment business.



UKC Holdings made LSI Techno Inc. a fully-owned subsidiary and changed its name to UKC System Engineering Corporation offering contract services of design, verification, and evaluation of LSI.
